Why did you choose your career/ study programme?

When I was a child I had two principal dreams, to be a fireman and to be a soccer player. My dad took me to the fire station to see the fire trucks and I loved that, but with the passing of time I really dedicated my time to play soccer and it was really my passion. Playing soccer was my favorite thing to do, so I started to play in the young files of a professional club at age of 9. Really I only wanted to play soccer, but my parents always said to me the importance of school,  and that's the reason why
I am here now. From the moment that the team started training's in the morning, the soccer was a really difficult way in my life, and principally for my mom, who always said: "first school". That was the moment that I started to think in a university career. I didn´t like maths and sciences. I liked art and music, but I was terrible for that. I liked history and language. Also the poetry and some good books gave me an interest on human behavior. My grandmother was a very important inspiration for me and she brought to me the like for reading and for social and political area. When the moment to decide came I had only two options in mind, psychology and sociology, and I applied in first place to psychology for the only reason that is necessary a high mark. Fortunately the score wasn´t good enough for psychology and I got in Sociology, it's a really interesting and broad career that opens the possibility to see a lot of themes from a different perspective.

Post 5: My future Job

Well, I dont´t really have a definite idea about a specific job that I would like to have, but I'm in process to find it. In my life I was always near to the sports world, principally to the soccer world, and that makes me think my own person in the future near to this area. Post 9: Changes to my study programme

I think that my study programme can be better in a lot of aspects. I think, that a social science like sociology can be more applied  in the different areas that she have, I think that my study programme can make more nearly the experience to the student if the student could be follow a determinate study over more time that the estimated to one ore two semesters. This because I think that the student can be able to understand so much better the real application as much form the theory part as from the practical part of the career. How to deal with a social phenom is something that the itself phenom says to the investigator, so its so much difficult have a real knowledge about how to carry trough a investigation if we don´t have a good connection between our subjects and a specific investigation. Post 6: Postgraduate Studies

Today I don't really have a postgraduate study expected, but I have some ideas. Well, when I postulated to the University I postulate in first place to psychology, because my interest on social psychology, and in second place to sociology, and because the score I entered into the degree of sociology. Today, if I had to postulate again to the university I would choose in first place sociology, without doubt, because I feel that sociology can explain most completely the universe of the social world.  Nevertheless my interest about social psychology still exist, so I think that with the base of sociology I can entry in the world of social psychology with a wide panorama.
